2.2 Third-Party Assistance: If you do not have a copy of your Military Medical Records, we may refer you to a trusted VA Disability Claims Lawyer who can request your records for a nominal cost. Alternatively, you may request records directly from the VA, which may take 6 to 14 months or longer.

2.3 Storage & Security: All uploaded documents are stored in secure cloud storage with industry-standard encryption to protect your data from unauthorized access.
